$250 - "Walk and Talk" Consultation + Staging Report
This service is tailored to the DIYer that simply needs professional advise and direction to get the staging done themselves. A two-hour consultation is completed using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to ensure you get a fast sale + big money on the home!
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
$450 - Power Staging + Mini-Makeover
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make each space truly exquisite!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list and to get high impact photos
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home and photograph the transformations as we go
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $75 hourly rate)
$750 - Ultimate Power Staging + Home Make-Over
Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make each space truly exquisite!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list and to get high impact photos
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, and photograph the transformations as we go
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving

$1500 - No Worries Premium Staging Weekend
Don't worry about a thing...This is a NO stress staging service, perfect for making high impact on the home that is just about hit the market or have an Open House! We will spend two days prior to the “Open House” weekend transforming the house into a buyer’s dream. A detailed Touch of Joy Staging + Design Home Preparation Plan will be given to the home seller to complete, after the initial consultation, to get the home ready for an entire weekend of premium staging.
To get top dollar, every home should go through our PREMIUM home staging transformation before being listed!
- We can do all the work for you and completely stage all the main areas of your home!
- We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase for modernizing and setting the stage for buyers to fall in love
